Responsibilities as a Commis Pastry Chef
Supporting the pastry chefs with the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
Upholding consistency and precision in every dish that leaves the kitchen
Playing an active part in the smooth day-to-day running of the pastry section
Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
The ideal Commis Pastry Chef will
Have a minimum of 1 years experience working in a pastry kitchen
Previous experience within a 4 or 5-star environment is essential
A genuine enthusiasm for pastry, creativity, and learning new skills
Be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen
