The Freedom Networks team has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant. The main purpose of the role is to work within the Distributed Network Operators (SSE and SPEN) business across Scotland.
The role involves administering workstreams within the DNO Contracts, ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures and client specifications. The successful candidate will assist Project Managers in maintaining a full programme of works and ensuring operational productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing work management systems to raise, schedule, assign, and complete jobs.
* Collaborating with Project Managers on procurement and management of Franchisees & Subcontractors.
* Reviewing and processing client documentation to ensure accurate job completion records.
* Supporting commercial and financial processes, including invoicing and forecasting.
* Raising Purchase Orders as needed.
* Utilizing Work Management Systems and other IT tools for administrative duties.
* Communicating effectively with internal and external personnel and conducting post-audit reviews.
* Managing employee and subcontractor training records and scheduling training sessions.
* Assisting in resolving blocked invoices and customer debt issues.
Candidate requirements:
* Strong IT literacy and numeracy skills, including experience with MS Office 365.
* Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
* Experience in administrative roles and framework contracts (desirable).
* Experience with work management systems and purchase order processes (desirable).
