Graduate Land Planner – Birmingham Permanent – Full Time Location : Birmingham Salary : Entry-level The Role: The Land Graduate will support the Land and Planning teams at the earliest stage of the development process, helping to identify and secure land opportunities that enable the delivery of high-quality homes and vibrant new communities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and assessing potential land opportunities for residential development. Support feasibility studies by researching planning policy, site constraints, and market information. Help prepare planning appraisals, reports, and documents for land bids and submissions. Work with internal teams and external consultants to progress land acquisition and early-stage planning work. Maintain accurate records, track site progress, and provide administrative and technical support to the Land and Planning teams. About You: Degree in Town Planning, Geography, Real Estate, or a related discipline (ideally RTPI or RICS accredited). Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret planning policy and site information. Confident communicator who can build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
