Overview
You will create and implement personalised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. You will monitor health and wellbeing, keep accurate documentation, and administer medications safely in line with clinical standards. You will lead and inspire the care team, supporting colleagues through handovers and day-to-day routines, while ensuring residents receive the best possible care. Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and families will be central to your role, alongside promoting dignity, independence, and respect in every interaction.
Qualifications
* Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* A passion for elderly care and commitment to delivering excellent service
* Strong communication skills to support residents, families, and colleagues
* A calm, professional, and compassionate approach with a focus on resident wellbeing
