Total hours per week: 39.5 Expected duration 18 Months Possible start date 01 Jul 2024 Date posted 18 Apr 2024 Apprenticeship level Advanced Level 3 (A level) Reference number VAC1000245716 Positions 2 available What you will do in your working day In your role, you will be assisting different members of the team with tasks including, but not limited to: Responsibilities: Supporting and covering various roles within the service administration department Producing business documentation in line with templates and processes including quotations and reports Reviewing and actioning job sheets from field engineers Reporting on service work/breakdown analysis Management of documents, bespoke databases and CRM systems Information management - collating customer information, lead times for customers, engineer timesheets, engineer job sheets etc. Handling customer enquiries and questions via email and phone Liaising with multiple departments including Engineering, Sales, HSEQ & Stores Providing general administration support The training you will be getting Alongside your on the job training, you will be enrolled onto the Business Adminstrator Level 3. This includes weekly/monthly release to college 1 day per week, with an 8 hours per week within work time for study.
