The Role
As part of our Front of House team you will play a critical role in creating the best first and last impression, from welcoming guests on arrival through to waving our guests off at the end of the day, delivering an experience that brings them back again and again.
This role is key to driving operational success and guest satisfaction in the reception department that features our Porters. The focus of the role is driving the quality standards and incorporating the company’s Vision, Mission and Commitments into the department on a day-to-day basis. Maximising sales, yield and cost management is also a key part of this role.

* Ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations in alignment with the company’s Vision, Mission, and
Commitments
* Supervising and developing the
reception and porter teams, focusing on high-quality service, efficiency,
and professionalism
* Maximising revenue and
maintain effective cost management
* Maintaining high standards for
reception duties, including handling financial transactions and guest
communications
* Ensuring team familiarity with
all sales procedures and promotions
* Conducting regular performance
reviews, appraisals, and training
* Encouraging innovation and lead
changes
* Attending meetings and actively
participate in departmental improvements

Additional Information
* Full-time
* 40 hours per week
* 4 days on, 4 days off
* This is a Nights position.
Full flexibility is required as the role will include weekends and Bank
Holidays
