The Role
Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with all members of the central team you will:
* Serve as the main receptionist, delivering outstanding customer service.
* Provide administrative support to the central leadership team.
* Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Trust.
The Person
We are looking for a proactive and experienced administrator with:
* A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within education or a similar setting
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work collaboratively and independently, often at pace
* A genuine commitment to the values and mission of Wessex Multi-Academy Trust
While experience in education is advantageous, we also welcome applicants with relevant experience from other sectorsp>

Salary Pro rata note
The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee under 5 years’ service. The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year.
