We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Manager to be the voice of the customer within our organization. In this role, you will ensure customer needs are met while aligning with our commercial strategy. Youll be instrumental in managing customer relationships, resolving disputes, and optimizing contract performance—all while contributing to business growth and profitability.

The successful applicant will work a 37 hour, 5 day working week based at our Filton site.
How Youll Contribute
As a customer account manager you own the contract and are the interface between the site and the customer. You will be engaged across the business in key processes such as relationship management, demand management, contractual change management, leading minor changes and bids, as well as rate readiness.
* Customer Relationship Management - Lead site‑specific customer meetings, resolve first‑line disputes, and champion the customers voice
* Demand & Order Management - Align customer demand with business operations, ensuring smooth order execution
* Contract & Commercial Management - Oversee contractual obligations, cash management, and compliance while managing commercial risks and opportunities
* Change Management - Implement contract updates and manage minor modification claims
* Financial & Business Modelling - Support pricing strategies, bid proposals, and commercial planning
What Youll Bring

Essential:
* Customer Champion - A proven track record in customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and demand forecasting, ensuring seamless communication and business success
* Negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and clearly articulate business needs
* Analytical skills to interpret financial data, involvement in bids and proposals and support budgeting decisions that drive profitability
* A background or experience working within the Aerospace industry
Desirable:
* A qualification in Business Studies is a plus, but if you have hands‑on experience in a customer‑facing or programme management role, wed love to hear from you! Your ability to navigate commercial landscapes and drive customer success is what truly matters
