The business has recently implemented a new NetSuite ERP system and re-platformed its eCommerce website, creating an exciting role for someone who can manage small IT projects and provide day-to-day ERP support in a hybrid working environment (3 days in the office). Duties & Responsibilities Lead internal projects across ERP and eCommerce platforms, managing timelines and deliverables Act as first-line support for ERP issues, providing solutions and user guidance Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to scope and deliver system improvements Maintain accurate documentation, configure system settings, and manage user access Create basic reports and enhancements to reduce external development reliance What Experience is Required?
