We are seeking experienced contact centre professionals eager to provide excellent telephone-based customer service.
Our Customer Service Team delivers professional, best-in-class service to internal teams, clients, and external customers. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via telephone, utilizing your training, telephony, and customer service skills.

* Managing high call volumes efficiently and professionally
* Identifying customer needs
* Researching issues using internal systems
* Providing appropriate solutions

Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in customer service preferred, call centre experience is a plus
* Effective communication skills, especially listening
* Empathy to handle difficult situations
* Ability to multitask across multiple systems and channels
* Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and database input
