Overview
We are a Domiciliary Care Agency in Stockport who provide high quality care to people within their own homes. We have been established for over 21 years and currently provide care to the Stockport Borough. We aim to recruit and train carers to the high standards required to deliver the care to those who need help or assistance at home. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided throughout your employment.
Responsibilities
* Companionship
* Personal care
* Assisting with meal and drink preparation
* Assisting with medication
* Light housework and support work
* Taking service users out to shopping trips, appointments and other outings such as a walk to the park, for a coffee etc
* Other errands such as collecting prescriptions

Role and Location
This is a domiciliary care role, meaning you will be required to provide care in the service user's own homes. You will mostly stay in one area only during a shift; you will not be required to travel to all areas listed. We require carers in the following areas: Bramhall, Hazel Grove, Romiley, Marple, Offerton.
Requirements
* Aged 18 or over
* Friendly, courteous and approachable
* Reliable and organised
* Good communication skills
* Able to work as a team
Shifts
We have full, part time and weekend only positions available, between the hours of 07:00 – 21:30.
* Daytime shift 7am - 2pm
* Evening shift 3.30pm - 9.30pm
* You will also be required to work a weekend on/off
Additional information
Access to your own car with a full UK driving license is highly desired, however we do have limited walking runs available also.
All successful applicants will be asked to complete a CRB check with our company and be inducted.
