About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support the delivery of personalised learning, behaviour management, and social-emotional development. Responsibilities: Support the implementation of individual learning plans and personalised strategies to meet students’ SEMH needs. Collaborate with staff and external professionals to ensure consistent support. Monitor and record student progress and behaviour, maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications: Previous experience supporting students with SEMH or in a similar teaching assistant role is preferred. Understanding of SEMH needs and evidence-based support strategies.
