Inspection Operative Full-time · £12.21 per hour + bonuses We are currently recruiting for an Inspection Operative to join a leading manufacturer within the aerospace sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who is looking for a hands-on role with full training provided. Hours 39 hours per week Monday–Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm Two paid 15-minute breaks One 30-minute unpaid lunch Friday: 6:30am – 11:30am One paid 15-minute break Pay & Benefits £12.21 per hour Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus scheme — up to £3,600 tax-free per year (historically £2,400/yr paid). When grossed up, this significantly increases the effective hourly rate. All employees eligible after 12 months (per HMRC guidelines).
