About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to deliver delicious fresh rotisserie chicken, chargrilled meats, and pub classics at Chicken & Grill pubs, part of the McMullen’s family. We offer:

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering the food concept to company standards and exceeding guest expectations
* Managing food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and wastage control
* Supporting the Head Chef and deputising in their absence
* Training and developing the kitchen team
* Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential. You should be eager to develop, responsible, and able to remain calm under pressure.
£34,380 per annum includes an average tronc of £1,380 (based on Tronc paid out May/June 2025).
