We have a great Team Leaders role available, where you'll be responsible for overseeing the activities of your permanent and temporary colleagues - around 10 people in total.
As a team they handle mainly complaints over the phone, but also all necessary administration and follow up documentation.
Duties will include:
1. Fact finding, as well as investigating to come up with successful solutions to customer issues as they arise.
2. Liaising with external contacts to gather evidence and background information - always with the customer journey forefront in their minds.
3. Being a point of contact for less experienced colleagues, and a guide for others on problem solving.
4. Taking ownership of the more challenging cases, and liaising with external and internal Key Stakeholders to agree resolution.
