About the Team
The Seller Experience Team is dedicated to enhancing the experience throughout the entire seller journey on TikTok Shop, from onboarding sellers and listing products to addressing violations and appeals, optimizing logistics, and providing comprehensive seller and AM education. Our objective is to ensure a seamless, efficient process that empowers sellers to succeed on the platform.
We play a critical role in bridging the gap between sellers, BizOps, and cross-functional (XFN) teams. By capturing the seller's voice and BizOps requests, we identify root causes of key blockers and develop systematic solutions that create lasting improvements for our seller community.
As a member of the team, you will work on high-priority projects that make a tangible impact on the platform's success. You will collaborate closely with Operations, GNE, Product, and other XFN teams, contributing to strategic solution development and impactful implementation.

Responsibilities
* Strategic Solution Development: Prioritize key issues and create systematic, actionable solutions to improve seller experience. Collaborate closely with XFN teams to ensure cohesive and effective implementation (e.g., onboarding, listing, violation, and appeal).
* Project Management: Drive and manage the progress of key projects in collaboration with GNE, Product, and other XFN teams, ensuring successful implementation.
* Seller Experience Research: Design, implement, and continually refine methodologies to conduct seller experience research, identifying and addressing key blockers and pain points.
* Data Analysis & Metrics Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and interpret key metrics related to seller experience. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement actionable improvements.
* Review & Communication: Prepare for key review meetings and communicate with project sponsors to ensure transparency and support decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Graduated in 2025 or about to graduate early 2026.
* Strong strategic thinking to prioritize key issues and break down problems into solutions.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional setting.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
* Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working on seller experience or GNE-related topics.
* Proficiency in seller research methodologies.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Working on-site in London with XFN teams preferred.
