The Role
* Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for a core technology product area.
* Work closely with product management, delivery, engineering and architecture to align priorities with wider business strategy.
* Translate business needs into clear, prioritised outcomes and well defined backlog items.
* Lead backlog refinement and sprint readiness, balancing value, risk and technical complexity.
* Shape minimum viable propositions that deliver value quickly while maintaining platform stability.
* Track delivery progress and outcome based metrics, ensuring benefits are visible and understood by stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience as a Product Owner within technology or digital change environments.
* Confidence working in agile delivery teams and managing a prioritised product backlog.
* Ability to make informed trade off decisions across business value, delivery risk and technical constraints.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology audiences.
* Analytical approach, using insight and data to guide product decisions.
