You will support the Head of Social Value and Marketing in digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, video editing, and design. You'll help grow our brand, gain knowledge of social value, and assist in social impact reporting for the business.
Wage
£15,311.40 to £24,761.88, depending on your age
National Minimum Wage
Salary is dependant on age, however, would be greater than year 1 apprentice wage.

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm. Hours can be adjusted to include and reflect on site college time.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
* Capturing content
* Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies
* Support the creation and delivery of digital content across various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and website
* Responding to website chat bots
* Participate in campaign planning sessions
* Assist in the delivery of company events and exhibitions
* Ensuring the company brand is correctly portrayed within brand guidelines
* Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends
* Monitoring stock levels of promotional materials
* Assist with the analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
* Assist in the creation and development of internal communications and media
* Be confident and knowledgeable in our company’s history and ethos.
* Assist in the gathering of evidence for social value reporting.
* Support in the inputting of data for social value reporting

* Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
* Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
* Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
* Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
* Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
* Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
* Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
* Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
* Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.

* Use a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.

Qualification:
* Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Marketing Assistant -
* Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths (if required)
Delivery Method:
* Online portfolio to update with learning and development completed onsite
* 27 Sessions at Loughborough college weekly (Tue, 17:00 - 20:30)
* Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor
* Attendance to Loughborough College for Functional Skills (if required)
