Expenditure Control Officer (Utility Contracts), we are on the lookout for an Expenditure Control Officer, who can take ownership of monitoring utility costs across our communal areas and help keep things running smoothly for our customers. You’ll make sure electricity, gas, and water bills are accurate and properly managed, and you’ll work with colleagues and customers to resolve any queries or unusual charges. Alongside this, you’ll help identify unusual energy use, work closely with neighbourhood and development teams, and be a reliable point of contact for staff and residents with questions about billing, usage, or meter readings.
