Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload
* Deliver high standards of client care
* Ensure commercial awareness in case management and outcomes
* Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve key targets
* Lead and oversee the Wills & LPA team, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Provide expert legal advice on wills, estate planning, and LPAs
* Drive business development and marketing efforts to grow the department
* Work closely with financial advisors and accountants to offer comprehensive client solutions
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies
* Mentor and support team members in their professional development
The ideal candidate will have had previous experinece writing wills and must be confident meeting with clients.
