Our client, a well-established financial services organisation, is seeking an Assistant Trust Manager to join their Trust department in London. This role involves delivering high-quality trust administration services to clients, including performing key trustee functions and estate administration duties.
The successful candidate will support the trust team and help maintain high service standards. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in trust administration, such as Trust Administrator, Trust Officer, or similar roles.
A STEP qualification is highly desirable; relevant offshore trust experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer a diverse portfolio of trusts and estates following legal, regulatory, and internal standards
* Perform trustee functions
* Manage estate administration from start to finish
* Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers for efficient administration
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation
* Contribute to service improvements and team development
