What you’ll be doing: As our Buildings Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing complex property issues, ensuring safe and high-quality outcomes across our developments. You’ll take ownership of: Overseeing major works and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with CDM and Health & Safety standards. Managing a team of Property Operations Technicians—directing workloads, setting goals, and driving high performance. Using data insights (via Fixflo) to identify trends, support business performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. Acting as first-line escalation for complex repair issues and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to find resolutions. Leading site investigations and supporting NHBC resolution cases. What we’re looking for: Experience & Qualifications: Solid property/building management experience—trade background a plus. Technical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds) and a full UK driving licence required. SMSTS and DBS/Disclosure (Scotland) highly desirable. Skills & Strengths: A strong communicator and natural team leader who thrives under pressure. Organised, analytical, and confident using systems like Fixflo and MS Office.
