The strategically important Solar Field Service Technician role comes with a basic salary up to £40,000 (higher for HVAPs), on call rota enhanced pay (1 weekend in 5), own van and fuel cards, private health insurance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and more. Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the Area Supervisor you will: Take primary responsibility for solar plant performance, optimisation of the site and for maintaining equipment availability. Perform pre-planned and reactive maintenance works across their solar farms, including electrical maintenance, solar panel cleaning and HV maintenance (if HV qualified).
