The Role
* Handle a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Provide a high standard of client service, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout transactions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and other key stakeholders
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx professional
* Demonstrable experience managing residential property transactions independently
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong organisational ability with effective time management in a fast-paced setting
