Key Skills and Experience
* 3-5 years of experience in data product management, data science, or a related field, with a successful track record of delivering data-driven products.
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
* Strong understanding of data technologies such as cloud platforms, data processing frameworks, and machine learning tools.
* Experience working within agile methodologies and managing stakeholder expectations effectively in dynamic environments.
* Familiarity with data-driven product development and delivering measurable business value through data products.
Technical Skills
* Ability to define and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
* Knowledge of data technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data processing frameworks, and machine learning tools.
* Proficient in understanding technical constraints and collaborating with data science and engineering teams to meet product requirements.
* Experience working with agile frameworks, managing product delivery in iterative cycles.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (data scientists, data engineers, and developers).
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, including gathering feedback, managing expectations, and balancing business needs with technical constraints.
* Proven experience in engaging with business leaders to align product development with overarching business strategies and goals.
