Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
* Ordering specific items from business channels across the globe
* Managing import and export processes and documentation
* Arranging shipping of items, primarily across the UK, to customers and field engineers
* Acting as a pro‑active and interactive account manager for selected business accounts
* Supporting wider business administration and coordination tasks
* Assisting with company audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications and Requirements for the Sales Coordinator:
* Previous experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail, particularly with documentation and processes
* Good communication skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Ability to drive due to the location of the business
