About the role
When joining BAS at BDO Christchurch you become part of an 80+ strong team of professionals, where you will focus on delivering high quality, value adding work while developing your career in a high performing team.

In this Intermediate/Senior BAS role, you'll be:

* Providing general accounting, taxation and business advice to clients
* Assisting clients at their premises with management accounting
* Completing Financial Statements and Tax Returns for a diverse client base
* Assisting with the preparation of NZ IFRS accounts
* Developing your people leadership skills and supporting more junior members of the team

You bring strong accounting and problem-solving skills, ready to apply them across a diverse range of client engagements. With your CA or CPA studies well underway or completed, you're motivated to deepen your expertise and grow your career. You thrive in collaborative environments, where teamwork is essential to success and going the extra mile for colleagues is second nature. Your commitment to building strong client relationships helps us deliver meaningful results aligned with their goals.
