Hours: Working 3 crew/4 crew days and nights - salary range is £46.5k to £48.5k - The salary offered will sit within a range and is determined by the skills and experience demonstrated.

Essential Ingredients
- Understanding of HSE compliance activities within the workplace
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and CI improvements
- Background in monitoring equipment compliance, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Understanding of site-level planning activity
- Proven capability in coaching and developing teams to achieve KPIs and targets, nurturing future talent
