Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Temp to Perm
Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm or
• 10:00am – 6:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy site in Rugby on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating a counterbalance forklift on site
2. Moving IBCs and barrels safely and efficiently
3. Loading and unloading materials
4. Supporting general warehouse and site operations
5. Multi-skilling into production roles to provide cover when required
Requirements:
6. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-house or external accepted)
7. Physical copy of licence required
8. Must be confident driving the forklift on site
9. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
10. Willingness to be trained in production duties
