We are currently recruiting for a Lead Pipefitter / Chargehand to manage pipework installation works in Leith, Edinburgh .
Rates, Hours, Duration 250 /day
8 hours per day
10 weeks from 09/02/2026
The Role: Lead Pipefitter / Chargehand responsible for overseeing carbon steel pipework installation :
Coordinating day-to-day site activities
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Ensuring safe use of lifting accessories and basic lifting equipment
Potential for additional works beyond the initial contract duration
Requirements: CSCS card
Significant experience installing carbon steel pipework
Abrasive Wheels certificate (preferred)
IPAF and/or PASMA (preferred)
First Aid and Hot Works / Fire Watch awareness (preferred not essential)
