An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Associate Dentist to join a highly rated, independent dental practice near Bromley, London.
This is the perfect role for a clinician looking to grow their private portfolio while maintaining a healthy NHS mix in a modern, supportive, and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
* Tuesdays ONLY
* Up to 1,200 UDAs at £13 per UDA
* 45% private split & 50% lab bill split
* Established list of NHS and private patients ready to take over
* Cosmetic or Endodontic interests welcomed and supported
* Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience required
* Excellent career development and mentoring opportunities
* Start date: January 2026
The Practice:
* Independent 3 surgery practice with principal working on-site
* Approx. 70% private / 30% NHS patient base
* Extremely low staff turnover and supportive, close-knit team
* Modern setup with Itero, CBCT, OPG & Lumina scanner
