One of the UK’s leading providers of office supplies with over 100 years of experience supplying retailers across the UK are now on the lookout for a people-person with a passion for sales to join our buzzing team in Normanton.
What You'll Be Doing
As our next Retail Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone helping our customers get exactly what they need – and maybe a little more!
Your mission:
* Grow and nurture relationships with an existing customer base
* Proactively pick up the phone to generate new business through outbound calls
* Reconnect with lapsed accounts and remind them why they loved working with us
* Maximise product lines, boost profitability, and make every call count
* Work closely with a supportive B2B sales team to hit (and smash!) targets
* Help make office supply ordering smoother, smarter, and maybe even fun
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales or account management experience
* A confident and friendly telephone manner – you're comfortable chatting with anyone
* Naturally curious, with a knack for spotting opportunities
* A team player who’s also self-motivated
* Bonus points if you know your way around office supplies (but not a deal-breaker!)
