We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
* Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
* Manage food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, promoting a safe working environment.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Train new employees on restaurant policies, food safety practices, and service techniques.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock for food production.
* Assist in menu planning and development alongside the Restaurant Manager.
* Also be able to speak spanish.
Experience
* Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary arts is highly desirable.
* Previous supervisory or team management experience is required to effectively lead staff.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is crucial for maintaining compliance.
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
