We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Engineering team, as an Engineering Stores Controller.
1. Managing stock levels of Engineering and non-production consumables.
2. Intake of stock and recording appropriately the current levels. Inputting on to the site stores software (Shire - Pirana)
3. Accepting delivery of the requested items, and booking into the stores system.
4. Maintain good levels of customer relations with suppliers to ensure best level of service and prices for the site, whilst ensuring product is safe and legal for a food manufacturing environment (where applicable)
5. Maintaining a high standard of organisation and housekeeping within the stores building.
6. Monitor budget spend and highlight when agreed levels of spend are reached.
7. Monitor site services and place orders as required.
8. Support the setup of main and all satellite store’s locations and their stocks levels.
9. Support the managing of the main and satellite stores and their stock levels.
10. Provide support to all stores personnel for production consumable spends.
