A leading printing company is looking for a diligent Operations Manager to work with senior management on company reform and restructure.
Responsibilities
* Increase the company revenue with strong commercial acumen and a continual focus on cost minimisation.
* Monitor, schedule and manage daily jobs from quote to production.
* Lead, mentor and manage a team of prepress and production personnel and oversee the day‑to‑day running of the department.
* Handle after‑sales warranty claims and internal company faults, recording, resolving and reporting all issues.
* Develop, maintain and enforce company workflow, guidelines and policies.
Qualifications
* Packaging Repro experience.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Background in managing people.
* Highly organised and systematic.
