Children & Family Wellbeing's (CFW) Management Information (MI) team plays a central role in supporting the CFW Service, providing analysis to develop our understanding of the children, young people and their families across Lancashire. We develop business critical reports, performance analysis and support statutory and regulatory requirements. The following role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. Analyst Support Officer This role is key to producing and improving the information used by operational teams and senior managers in the Children & Family Wellbeing Service. Supporting the service in the delivery and continuous improvement of early help services for children, young people, and families in line with the vision for Children and Families in Lancashire. Key Requirements/Responsibilities 1) AI Prompt Development and Technical Guidance Gather requirements from Early Help teams, design and test AI prompts, and produce technical guidance for staff and support SME's using the prompts. Work with Digital Services to ensure solutions meet organisational standards and privacy requirements. 2) Communications and Content Assurance Ensure the services internal/external communications (intranet, Social Media, etc) meet LCC standards and policies. Audit content, set up user groups, and provide assurance around governance. Analysing service feedback to provide insights, 3) Risk, Resilience and Health & Safety Support Support the Services Assurance Officer with risk analysis and process development. Contribute to health and safety compliance through data-driven insights. 4) Data Analytics and Reporting Support analytical activity on the Council’s MDM solution and develop Power BI dashboards for thematic reporting. Provide clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making. 5) Information Governance and Data Sharing Assist in creating DPIAs, ISAs, and Privacy Notices to enable compliant data sharing. Ensure governance documentation remains current and fit for purpose. Further Info The usual office base for this role is County Hall, Preston, although it is currently a hybrid role which includes an amount of home working.
