Position Overview
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for managing a dedicated team of staff such as Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and/or Clinical Trial Associates. The role involves planning and utilizing staff resources, setting objectives, and monitoring performance.
Additional Information
This is a direct-hire role within a pharmaceutical company. It offers a hybrid work model with 3 days per week onsite at our office located in North London.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the team, fostering team spirit and appropriate behavior.
* Ensure adequate resources are available for assigned studies.
* Manage the workload and performance of direct reports.
* Provide coaching and regular feedback to team members.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably life sciences, or equivalent qualification.
* At least 4 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA / SrCRA) or related fields.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of local and international regulations.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
