Position: Non-Compliance Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent – 40 hours

What you’ll do:
The role will be managing non-compliance cases related to ETOE operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and processing quarantine items efficiently. It will also involve identifying and handling non-compliant shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records to support compliance with international regulations.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Monitor, track and manage non-compliance issues related to international shipments
* Investigate and document reasons for non-compliance, escalating critical cases to management, customer services
* Implement corrective actions to resolve compliance violations and prevent reoccurrence
* Review, assess and process items flagged for quarantine due to regulatory concerns. Maintain records of this
* Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding quarantine status and necessary actions
* Prepare reports and maintain compliance documentations to support audits and regulatory reviews
* Assist in training internal teams on non-compliance issues and best practices
* Support risk assessments and process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience handling non-compliance issues within an international logistics/trade environment
* Knowledge of quarantine procedures for restricted or controlled goods
* Strong communication and coordination abilities to work with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Mail industry, and quarantine procedures
