Governance & Compliance Officer-Poole-£15.65ph We are seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance Officer to provide professional governance support to boards and committees. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare agendas and distribute board papers.
* Clerk meetings, take minutes, and monitor actions.
* Provide governance and procedural advice.
* Maintain governance records and compliance documentation.
* Support board member inductions and governance processes.
* Assist with audits, complaints, appeals, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Governance, Compliance, Board Support, or Company Secretarial roles.
* Strong minute-taking and meeting management skills.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
