Position: Healthcare Account Manager - South UK
The Healthcare Account Manager will manage customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving sales, providing customer training, and establishing new sales leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify sales targets to maximize revenue and drive market growth.
2. Provide excellent service to existing accounts.
3. Contribute to business planning to increase revenue within the territory.
4. Generate additional sales through new products.
5. Manage expense and promotional budgets within guidelines.
6. Expand the company's portfolio within all assigned accounts where possible.
7. Travel mainly for site visits within the day.
8. Prepare and review financial reports accurately.
9. Lead or support major installations when required.
10. Ensure reliable transportation for scheduled site visits.
11. Meet or exceed sales and budget goals monthly.
12. Support promotional events such as trade fairs.
13. Analyze sales data monthly, produce customer reports, and own business results.
14. Implement diverse sales strategies and tools to meet customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience selling infection control products to the NHS.
* Good knowledge of the South territory area.
* Proven ability to build strong business partnerships.
* Excellent communication and professionalism.
* Ability to understand customer needs and create engaging presentations.
* Business math skills for quotes, ROI demonstrations, and product comparisons.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software.
* Full UK driving license.
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: £35,000-£38,000 DOE
* Life assurance: 5x basic salary
