We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food production and service.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
* Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure consistent food production.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including cooking methods, presentation, and plating.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
