Main Responsibilities Collect used glasses, cups, bottles, and empty service items from areas during matchdays and events Clear tables, ledges, and designated collection points efficiently to support smooth stadium operations Transport glassware safely to designated wash-up or return areas using trays, racks, or trolleys Assist with basic cleaning of public areas, including wiping surfaces and maintaining tidy service spaces Support bar and catering teams by ensuring sufficient clean glassware is available when required Monitor busy areas to prevent build-up of used items and maintain a clean environment for guests Follow all health & safety procedures, including safe manual handling and correct use of equipment Handle glassware carefully to prevent breakages and ensure guest and staff safety Report any hazards, spillages, or safety concerns to supervisors or relevant teams immediately Assist with waste disposal and recycling in line with stadium procedures Work efficiently across large and crowded areas in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Provide polite and professional interaction with guests when clearing items or moving through crowds Support opening and closing duties, including clearing and resetting service areas Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards throughout the stadium environment Work collaboratively with bar, catering, and cleaning teams to ensure smooth matchday operations Ideal Candidate Previous experience in hospitality, catering, cleaning, or events environments preferred but not essential Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume stadium environment Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and large-scale events Strong work ethic with a proactive and "can-do" attitude Good awareness of health & safety, especially around manual handling and glassware Able to work well as part of a team and support multiple departments when required Calm and composed when working in crowded, busy environments Good communication skills and able to follow instructions from supervisors Friendly and professional when interacting with guests while working in public areas High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order Able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining consistency and pace Willingness to learn and take direction in a busy stadium operation
