Job Title: Secondary Outreach Worker Location: Hoddesdon Start Date: September Salary: £22,589 - £24,283 Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the DSPL3 Secondary Outreach Team, supporting mainstream secondary schools across East Hertfordshire. You'll work with individual pupils and small groups to help manage behaviour, provide intervention strategies, and support students' personal and academic development. You'll be responsible for delivering targeted support in schools, working closely with parents, carers, teaching staff, and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the help they need. Key Responsibilities: Provide behaviour support and intervention for pupils across mainstream schools in the DSPL3 area (Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Buntingford, Ware, Hertford, and surrounding villages).
