Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Health & Social Care Trainer / Assessor to support Level 5 Leader in Adult Care learners across the East of England.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for either:</p><ul><li>An experienced Apprenticeship Coach / Trainer in Health & Social Care</li><li>A current / recent Care Manager looking to move into training</li></ul><p>Full training and qualifications can be provided for the right candidate.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>You’ll manage a caseload of adult care learners completing their Level 5 Leadership qualification, supporting managers working across a range of care environments.</p><p>Delivery is a blend of:</p><ul><li>Remote coaching sessions</li><li>Workplace visits</li><li>Progress reviews with learners and employers</li><li>Supporting learners to complete on time and to a high standard</li></ul><p>Travel is required across the East of England, so candidates should ideally be based near major road links such as the A1(M), M11 or A14.</p><h3>What Were Looking For</h3><p>Essential:</p><ul><li>Strong background within Adult Health & Social Care</li><li>Previous management experience (Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Service Manager, Area Manager etc.)</li><li>Experience managing teams and leading staff performance</li><li>Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or strong equivalent experience</li><li>Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle</li><li>Comfortable travelling regionally</li><li>Good IT skills and confidence working remotely</li></ul><p>No training experience needed. Candidates from industry are encouraged to apply.
