EKC Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at the 4-star hotel, The Yarrow.

About You
As a team member, you will act as an ambassador for The Yarrow, delivering personalized service to both business and leisure travelers. Your role is to provide confident, friendly, and affirming service that leaves guests feeling refreshed and eager to return. You should have comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and local area to enhance guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent culinary skills, be highly guest-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional quality food. They will have relevant industry experience, including at least one year as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a similar hotel or restaurant, along with knowledge of industry standards and good organizational skills.
