Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading financial services organisation to recruit a Implementation Consultant on a contract basis - Hybrid working - London based
The Implementation Consultant has responsibility for the following functions within the Implementations department:
1. Support all Client and Project Implementations
2. External and Internal Customer Testing support
3. System Demonstrations where required
4. Relationship Management with both external and internal stakeholders
5. Resolution of testing incidents as they occur (technical / functional)
6. Buyer / Supplier technical configuration and file format support
7. Buyer / Supplier Master Data testing tasks
8. Custom reporting requirements
9. Customer support with migration to clients new platform
10. Ad Hoc tasks as required
11. Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business in line with the client Vision.
Role
12. Support all Client and Project Implementations
13. Project planning and coordination support
14. Document and maintain trackers
15. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
16. External and Internal Customer Testing support
17. Support test scripting and execution activities of new and existing customers
18. Support Internal Testing activities
19. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
20. System Demonstrations
21. Setup and confidently lead online and in person client system demonstrations to existing and prospective clients
22. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
23. Relationship Management with both external and internal stakeholders
24. Effectively manage relationships with both new and existing customers
25. Effectively manage relationships with internal customers
26. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
27. Resolution of testing incidents as they occur (technical / functional)
28. First line support for testing incidents
29. Work with IT where required for additional technical support
30. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
31. Buyer / Supplier technical configuration and file formats support
32. Support Buyers technical configuration of their ERP system
33. Answer queries on supported file formats such as XML, ANSI, MT940s, Excel
34. Answer queries on host-to-host connections and file exchanges
35. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
36. Buyer / Supplier Master Data support tasks
37. Support entry of master data in Test Environment
38. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
39. Reporting
40. Support all implementation reporting requirements
41. Support clients with custom reporting requests
42. Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
Profile
43. 1+ years' experience supporting or managing external Client Implementation projects or experience of working in a Financial Services environment
44. Proven technical problem-solving skills
45. Experience of working in an environment driven by constantly changing levels of work and ability to cope under pressure
46. Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in combining professional call-handling skills with data/interactive web transactions
