Our growing Construction client in the Dungannon area require an Architectural Technician / Technologistto join their team. In this role you will support the design and delivery of a diverse range of building projects valued between £200k£5M. Youll be involved from early concept stages through to construction and completion on site. Key Responsibilities Produce planning, tender, and construction drawings Develop technical details and material schedules Ensure designs meet budgets and standards Prepare and submit Planning & Building Control applications Perform U-value calculations and ensure compliance Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants Attend design meetings and site visits Support tender submissions Ensure Building Regulations and CDM compliance Skills & Experience Proven experience in a similar role Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing Experience across all project stages Good understanding of UK regulations and planning Confident communicator and coordinator Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Whats on Offer Varied, technically engaging projects Full project lifecycle involvement Collaborative, supportive environment Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
