What Youll Do as Shift Team Leader: Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of Operators, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement Oversee safe operation of key site equipment and ensure compliance with all HSE and operational standards Issue work permits and enforce the work authorisation process to maintain safe, efficient operations Collaborate with Supply Chain to adapt to changing daily plans and partner with Maintenance on planned and reactive work Manage contractors and hauliers, ensuring full adherence to site rules and standards Maintain accurate Work Orders and operational records in the system Step in as an Operator when needed to support seamless day-to-day operations What Type of Shift Team Leader Were Looking For: Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in Manufacturing, Logistics, or Process environments Strong people management and communication skills Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure Ability to follow processes while proactively identifying and resolving issues IT literate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative Why Join This Company?
