Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse based in North Wales Conwy & Denbighshire, you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred end-of-life care. This role is exclusively for night shifts—working three 9-hour shifts per week—providing essential support and continuity of care during overnight hours.
You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver holistic care tailored to the needs of patients and their loved ones. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring comfort, dignity, and compassion at the end of life.

Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 5 (aligned with AFC) £31,516 - £38,364 pro rata per annum + enhancements
Contract: Permanent Night shifts, 27 hours per week
Based: Community Based – North Wales – Conwy & Denbighshire

What we’re looking for:
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
* Experience in delivering holistic, person-centred care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Compassionate and resilient, especially in overnight care settings
* Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
* Flexibility to work across community and hospice settings
