We are seeking a hands-on, supportive leader with a strong background in elderly care operations. You will bring experience in stabilising services, supporting Home Managers, and driving consistent quality across multiple sites, while maintaining a genuine focus on individual resident experience. Working closely with a collaborative senior leadership team, you will lead on operational performance, quality assurance, and team development. You will provide guidance and mentorship to Home Managers, ensuring services are compliant, well-led, and continuously improving, while preserving the close-knit, family-oriented culture of the organisation.
